Rick was the recommended handyman by YardBIRDS Martinez for four years, and was recommended by Home Depot Martinez, Eames Hardware, Pleasant Hill, Orinda Hardware, ACE Hardware, Sunvalley Doors, Walnut Creek Sheet Metal, Yelp.com, etc. His focus was home repairs and installations on a time and materials basis, for only one customer per day, Strictly T&M throughout Contra Costa County exclusively! He was retired high-tech with an extensive repair background. He enjoyed fixing stuff! His business supported a life long passion for art projects like Black Widow 2. NOTE: Black Widow 2 and Rick were members of Warriors' Watch Riders - bringing the troops home with honor.

Rick Hanson, the proprietor of handymanrick.com has recently passed away. Over the past decade, Rick had made his livelihood by helping his loyal customers who visit this site -- thank you very much to all of you. He truly loved working and interacting with everyone and always looked forward to each and every day. He was a kind and generous man who touched the lives of many through his kindness and passion.
